OPTIMUSE serves architects, engineers, developers, and owners who need fast, decision-grade insights in concept and schematic phases, as well as coordination-ready BIM models for downstream design.
What inputs do I need to get started?
Floor plans, sections, and a site plan as PDF, DWG/DXF, or IFC, plus site location and orientation. If available, basic envelope assumptions. If something is missing, we apply reasonable defaults and document all assumptions transparently.
In which formats do you deliver results?
We deliver open IFC models, optional native ArchiCAD files, PDF reports, and tabular parameter files (CSV/XLSX). Early simulations are provided at LOG 250/LOD 150, while BIM models up to LOD 350 are intended for coordination.
What are the system requirements for your software?
OPTIMUSE is a web-based application and runs in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge; for the best experience, we recommend using the latest browser version.
What subscriptions do you offer, and can I request solutions at any time?
We offer three subscription models with different usage allowances and support levels. Regardless of plan, all solutions can be requested at any time and are billed transparently against your plan or on demand.
